Last month I had the opportunity to fly over to Oahu, Hawaii and spend some time over in Hawaii Kai.  It was an amazing destination trip, to say the least, filled with lots of great food, family time, and spend time with some friends who live in Hawaii!

When I started my photography career, I had the intention and dream of doing destination weddings and portraits, not just because I love to travel and want to explore the world, but I want to share the world through my vision.

During this time, I took destination family portraits for the C Family.  Since it was hard to move their Grandmother and the day was coming to an end, we went to a nearby beach park, spent about an hour and took some really fun portraits there before sunset.  We had a blast and I’m sure the C Family had a great time together too.

As a thank you from the C Family, they shared, “The amazing Michelle Nicole Ng can capture memories that no one can ~ my family & I were in the middle of grieving the death of my Dad and she was able to surpass the sadnesses to capture the happiest memories of all. She produced an amazing product that I called an ART of photography. More incredible… it was done with extremely short moments together with a 90-year-old with limited mobility & guys who don’t like to take pictures.”

Thank you, C Family for having me capture these moments.  Having the ability to travel and share has been such an honor, and I hope to do it for so many more couples and families, such as the C Family.  I look forward to returning to Oahu soon!
