Sue Ann and Jerome have been so awesome and amazing since day one. When I met the both of them at my studio, they were very laid back.  That transcended into their beautiful wedding day, filled with lots of family and fun.

Their wedding was definitely unique.  The ceremony was at Holy Cross Catholic Church, a church known for its’ vast beauty and beautiful lamp fixtures at the top. Being that this church is a little strict for photographers (to prevent disruption during mass), therefore we were in the balcony which provided some of the best views in the church. Sue Ann’s dress was so pretty; it had a long train and a veil that added an excellent touch.

Their reception was at Roaring Camp Railroad in the Santa Cruz Mountains.  Sue Ann and Jerome had arranged something special for their guests at Roaring Camp – they had the train take all their guests from the bottom of the mountain to the very top for cocktail hour, then all the way back down for the reception.  Around the vicinity, you could hear the train whistling through the forest and see the steam exhaust out of the train’s chimney.

The reception was held inside a barn, with large round chandeliers and dangling lights.  Jerome and his mom had a choreographed mother and son dance.  They also had awesome BM & MOH speeches followed by a money dance.  They ended the night dancing away under the full moon.
